Fear
Factory will be filming a video for 'Cyberwaste' this weekend in
Perth and fans in the area are invited to the shoot. "We are going to
do it in a big derelict building
that
we found on the beach in Perth" singer Burton C.Bell tells Undercover
News. "We are going to get all the kids and jam out live". It's going
to be a great opportunity to fans to
hang
out with Fear Factory but it will be long day. "12 hours" he says.
"We'll probably go through it ten times to get the different shots. The
sun will be in different places. We'll have different vibes going on".
Burton promises that if you come along you won't
get
bored. "They are going to have a good time" he says. "Who cares? It is
fun. You are going to be in the video. If we can do it they can do
it".Anyone who has ever posted a message on the
Internet
will be interested in the lyrical content of 'Cyberwaste'. "It is about
Internet forums and the people who go on them and talk a bunch of
nonsense" he says. "It is an angry song and one of the more hard core
songs we have written. This song is a statement and I'm sure everyone
will get the picture".So what exactly is the statement he wants to
make? "It
doesn't matter to me. I don't care. Do what you want" he says. Internet
forums are a great way for people to
spread
rumours, even when they are complete and utter bullshit. "One of the
more bizarre things I read was that I died" Burton said. But was it
true? "No" he laughs. "It would be
like a
Beatles thing. We'll all have to start wearing black armbands".Fans who
wish to be in the video are invited to
show
up anytime after 11am. The address is:
